To ensure that our reservoir of skills is constantly being replenished we always encourage the technical and professional development of our staff, as we understand that it is only through ongoing training that KDC will reach the technical sophistication, safety standards and levels of efficiency to which it aspires.
Training is provided both in-house and by third parties. Our training programmes cover the mandatory certification required for those working on rigs, safety practices and procedures, as well as technical and general supervisory and managerial training.
Training at KDC is designed to ensure both corporate and personal success. We take a keen interest in the development of young Kuwaiti engineers and technicians, for whom we provide structured training programmes that will provide them with the technical and supervisory skills they require as future leaders in their fields.
Advancement in our company is based on growth in technical and personal abilities. To develop our employees we conduct training seminars and weekly tool-box discussions.
